RECORD THE READING YOU TOOK
Enter systolic and diastolic pressure, add pulse if you recorded it, and keep the date and time alongside each entry. Pulse is optional. A note or tag gives you space to record context in your own words without turning a quick entry into a long form. Correct a mistyped value later or delete an entry you no longer want to keep.
This app does not take the measurement. Your phone's camera, screen and sensors are not a blood-pressure monitor, and the diary does not connect to a cuff or import readings automatically. The distinction is simple: use your own monitor for the reading and this app to keep a record of it.
LOOK BACK THROUGH YOUR OWN NUMBERS
Read your entries in a dated history and see charts built from the values you entered. Descriptive 7-, 30- and 90-day averages help you review different stretches of your diary. An AM/PM split lets you compare your recorded morning and evening entries without doing the arithmetic on paper.
These summaries describe the saved readings. They do not establish why a value changed, set an individual target or tell you whether a treatment is working. Missing readings are not new measurements. Notes and dates remain useful context when you discuss the record with your clinician.
KEEP SEPARATE DIARIES
Use separate on-device profiles when you keep records for more than one person. Switch to the appropriate diary before entering a reading so each history, chart and report stays tied to that person's entries. This is local record keeping on one device, without a shared online account or a live family dashboard.
READABLE AT A GLANCE
Large text options and high contrast make the diary easier to read. Choose a display that suits you, then use the same entry and history workflow. The focus stays on the numbers, their dates and your notes, with no advertising interrupting the record.
TAKE A RECORD TO YOUR APPOINTMENT
Create a printable PDF with readings, dates, notes and descriptive averages. It is a factual summary of your diary, not an assessment or a recommendation. Keep it for yourself or choose to share it through your device's sharing tools. The medical disclaimer accompanies the report.
Export CSV when you want the saved data in a spreadsheet or another record of your own. PDF is useful for reading and printing; CSV is useful for working with rows of data. Neither export adds measurements or interprets the entries. You choose where an exported file goes and who receives it.
BUILD A ROUTINE YOU CONTROL
Optional morning and evening reminders can prompt you to return to your diary. You choose whether to enable them. They are simple local reminders, not alerts triggered by a reading, and their messages do not judge your values.
Your diary works offline without creating an account. Backup and restore let you keep a separate copy of your saved records. Keep that file somewhere you control. Health entries are stored locally; an export or backup can leave the device when you choose to share or save it elsewhere. Store purchases are handled separately from the health diary.
REFERENCE, NOT A PERSONAL VERDICT
The displayed reference categories use the attributed ACC/AHA 2017 ranges. They are a static reference for recorded numbers, not a diagnosis, a personalized normal range or a reason to change care. The app does not provide treatment instructions, blood-pressure alarms or medication recommendations.
This app is a manual logging diary, not a medical device. It does not measure blood pressure and does not provide medical advice.
Recent changes:
First release. Type in the three numbers from your own blood pressure monitor and BP Log keeps them in order, works out your averages, charts your mornings against your evenings, and turns the lot into a PDF report you can hand your doctor. Large print throughout, morning and evening reminders, and everything stays on your phone.
