## Privacy / permissions
- `POST_NOTIFICATIONS`: measurement reminders and crisis-range alerts only.
- `RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED`: restore inexact reminders after reboot.
- No exact alarms, no account, no cloud sync. Analytics (release only) never include readings, conditions, medications or names.
- Health data: declare "Health info — collected? No (stays on device)" in the Data safety form; reports leave the device only when the user shares them.

## Test notes
- Ad-free QA build: `./gradlew assembleRelease -PnoAds`.
- Verify 16 KB page alignment: `zipalign -c -P 16 -v 4 app/build/outputs/apk/release/app-release.apk`.
- Category boundaries: 120/80 → Stage 1 (diastolic 80), 129/79 → Elevated, 181/100 → Crisis.
