Learning about stock for free and get free stocks by wining the lessons

So far, I learned a lot on this app. The only problem is whenever I want to claim my free stock. It's making me pay for something even though it says free something that is free, I don't understand much about it, I mostly just use it for studying at this point, not really the investing side on the app and if I am going to invest maybe on another platform that won't charge me a subscription rather Pay for my own stock.

App works ok when it works. Constant freezing though and impossible to get a refund through support even with issues on the app's end. Way too expensive to be experiencing these kinds of issues.
