When registering as new user while booking an appointment, app requires entering phone number and immediately says that it's not a valid number (but it is!!!) Cannot proceed with registering, or booking. Update: Managed to solve it by registering first, and then starting to book an appointment.

Terrible costumer service. Don't use it unless you want to be frustrated. The app doesn't check whether saloons' availability is updated. I booked the available appointment, paid, travel one way for almost 2 hours just to be informed that the placed is booked and be denied the treatment. What's more it was on me to ask call them and ask to kindly give me money back, because they can't give me my lost time. No compensation was offered.

Would be nice if it allowed users to add a searched spa as a favorite, when it's specifically searched for. Their filters and favorites options don't work properly. Not so easy to navigate through. Their User interface needs to be better

Suddenly cannot connect to the app no matter I use Wi-Fi or mobile network starting from yesterday...definitely not the problem of network and no way to search the stores....even reinstall but seems can't help....
