Looking for a job? BluCollr allows you to not only search for great jobs in your industry, but also allows employers and peers to bring the jobs to you. By creating your free professional portfolio on BluCollr, employers and contractors will be able to find and recruit you for professional opportunities that align with your skillset. You can also proactively share your BluCollr portfolio directly with potential employers, contractors, clients, and peers to boost your chances of landing your next job or subcontract.

Looking to hire employees? BluCollr allows you to not only post jobs, but also proactively search for workers based on their skillsets, view examples of their work in real-time, and communicate with and recruit candidates online. Whether you’re a small business, a recruiter, or a large company, you can use BluCollr in a variety of ways to meet your human resource needs. CREATE VIRTUAL PORTFOLIOS / BUSINESS PROFILES
BluCollr allows you to create a virtual portfolio that includes photos of your work, details of your specific skillsets and certifications, and referrals from former employers. If you’re a business owner, you can create a company profile to showcase your business, highlight flagship projects, advertise open positions, highlight benefits / training opportunities, and describe your corporate culture.

Even if you’re not actively looking for a job or seeking new employees, you can use BluCollr to store your professional portfolio or advertise your business. Each BluCollr portfolio / business profile has a unique URL that can be shared through email and text message, or even put on the back of a business card.

FIND JOBS AND CONNECT WITH EMPLOYERS
BluCollr allows you to search for open positions / opportunities in the skilled trades, general labor, and service industries based on your target industry and location. You can then read job descriptions and requirements, research potential employers, and apply for jobs directly through the app. From there, you can communicate with potential employers through the in-app messaging function and determine if the position is right for you.

FIND AND RECRUIT EMPLOYEES
BluCollr allows you to proactively find, communicate with, and recruit candidates all through a single, user-friendly perform. You can create jobs posts that include text, images, and / or video to maximize your chances of recruiting the right worker for the right job. You can also proactively search for potential candidates based on skillset and location, and research job applicants by navigating to their BluCollr portfolios, which include photos of their work, details on their specific skillsets / certifications, and referrals from former employers. From there, you can contact and communicate with potential candidates through the in-app messaging function, which allows for real-time, two-way communication.
