I've been working for SIDEKICK ER for a couple of months and although the user experience regarding shift acceptance/rejection could be more efficient, the opportunities over here are very good, and they have plenty of shifts available.

Side kicker is proving to be more and more what's wrong with the current work climate. Most of the people getting work on side kicker are doing it through side kicker (working for side kicker) - but technically for that company directly. It's a dishonest means of getting full-time employees as casuals without needing to convert them to full time if they ask by means of the law after 6 months, I'm surprised it's legal. On my end 15+ job categories currently ticked and zero one off jobs. 🤷♂️

Very bad, I worked fir one shift and d they didn't pay me for this one, it was on 3 december 2024 and nowadays, I continue waiting for my payment. I haven't received my payment in my account of bank, very bad, I can't continue to work with Side kicker
