A little bit better than the anywhere app since you can now chop the image yourself. It is nice if there was a setting to turn off the automatic picture scan so I can just take picture myself from the start, instead of when auto scan failed (about half the time) and then it will allow me to take the picture myself. But everything else on app is great and useful.

Love how easy it is to download, scan, organize all the paperwork in one place. I love the fact that it is easy to learn it and to apply it with multiple people in this organization and everyone gets the necessary paper worker downloads as needed. Love it! Really love it!

SloOoOoOow if it works at all. I was initially excited about the app and having less paperwork to fill out. Its loads painfully slow on startup, and when I try to pull my loads up to send documents it takes forever to load my information if it does at all. Currently the app won't open at all. I was able to clear the cache or restart my phone to get it to work. Now, nothing. I can fill out 5 trip sheets before this thing load. Was supposed to be helpful. Now it's an infuriating hindrance.

Still no option to select multiple images and upload. Still forced using the "scan" which never wants to work right. Stupid, inefficient, and way more time-consuming than the other McLeod app.

Will not allow choosing document type after scanning document. Will not send document without choosing document type. And "support" charges the company outlandish charges for problems with their app.

The new app for the most part is better than Anywhere app that this new sidekick app is replacing... Only problem is.....this new scanning device on Sidekick is HORRIBLE and works terribly!!!! The Anywhere App scanning device worked 100% more efficient and more user-friendly than this new Sidekick scanning software.... I sure hope you address this soon
