1/17/23 App will not scan paperwork. The red button will not come up after touching screen! My carrier pays me by scanning in delivery documents! This is PITIFUL!!!

Everything worked fine until Friday night it started giving this giant long error saying it can't connect to the server and to contact my IT professional I don't know what's going on with the app, but I need it to work

Worst option for taking pictures of any documents. It never lines up properly or takes too long to line up. Can't take a photo manually till the app decides that I can and by then I'm already frustrated. Wish my company didn't have to have this app.

Good luck sending a bol with less than perfect connection. App does not cache images even temporarily until uploaded, so you may end up re-taking photos of your bol many times. Also, good luck getting a quality image, it usually takes a few tries. On a plus note you can just save and crop an image on your phone and get a good laugh at the poor quality warning the app posts when you upload it, knowing it is much higher quality than using the app directly.

The app doesn't show any kind of notification, and I have to constantly open it up to see if I have missed any messages on my Samsung s23 ultra But it does show notification bubble on my iPhone 13 pro max.
