BlueDict is the best app shell for multi-dictionaries . The app is only a shell, It only supports mdx format dictionaries. Besides mdx, You need 1)mdd for images and sounds 2)css and js for styling and other function. You can switch the dictionaries within the shell. It is super fast with hundreds of dictionaries loaded. E-book reader can be integrated with bluedict search in pop-up mode . You can fuzzy search and full text search. This app has "word jump" function in which you can click any word in the app to search the word. NOTES: You should put mdx files into folder : BlueDict>Dicts . Or in setting you can choose the path of the folder ,then you can use it.

It's really a great app. Yet it has one BIG problem. If I use dark styles or night themes, most dictionaries will have unreadable sentences, because some of the original color of dictionaries do not change (color of some of their sentences). Please make a universal dark style based on inversion. So every color and sentence in a dictionary will be readable. I assume it wouldn't be hard. Many thanks again.

Good app if you know where to find mdx dictionaries. Would give it 5 stars, but there are several things that need to be fixed: 1. Add e-Ink friendly mode. At least allow to disable animations in the Settings. 2. Add export to AnkiDroid or at least flash cards. 3. Provide statistics how many times the words from history were translated and allow to sort the history by this number. 4. Allow to disable the box with online dictionaries in the settings. 5. Add a setting to allow to expand entries from N dictionaries (or expand all dictionaries). 6. Add buttons to go to the first/last dictionary 7. Allow to create sets of dictionaries and search within particular sets only.
