Ok, they finally fixed it so that you need to click on an emailed link to log in. That was a huge security problem. As far as the actual app goes, I guess it is ok, but I ended up needing to call since the app did not cover the few things I needed.

Missing Money. Do not trust this app or these people. Stay with Airbnb 4066 dollars Missing with no Service provided please Stay Away from this app and Service If you need pictures and screenshots and evidence I'm telling the truth I have that. Update Saying My Background Didn't Pass Okay I pulled it, so they must have gotten some Mis Information... This Is All The More Reason To Stay With Airbnb A Business Services that works. I do not recommend this company or App. !!!!Warning!!@

Apparently, anyone can use your email and sign up with it, like someone just did with mine. Company which rents something as important as apartments should go crazy on security. However, Blue ground doesn't even care about fundamental things like 2-step email verification to check if it's really you who's getting details of the apartment. Not scared yet? I just got full details on how to enter some house a person rented, albeit using my email address. Stay away from this company!

We had a very, very bad experience with this company. The apartment we rented had nothing to do with the one advertised. Lot of things were either not working or broken. Most of the equipments were cheap. The switch between the water heater and the water from the roof heating system was manual and hidden behind a cheap cupboard. We complained about these issues and about the cheap and poor quality of the apartment, and the only answer we got was: you should have checked the rental agreement....
