Be ready to go when calling. When said a cab is on the way I can count on it. I have only one discrepancy. There is no ability to access account information from the answering system. The answering system has my number history but no account history to choose from the menu. As pleasant as the dispatchers are, a choice from the menu for account pickups would be appreciated.

Worst app ever. Waited 30 m in the rain when the app tells me the driver is 2 minutes away. If you don't want to waste time waiting for the never coming taxi. Use uber instead.

Tried using the app, and it couldn't find my house to get a pickup so tried ordering one from my mates, and it couldn't find my destination which was Durham Station, app is a waste of time 👍

Absolutely brutal service and will definitely never use the service again, unfortunately. The driver was rude and the car was in bad shape. I will definitely not send in my concerns to an email address that nobody will reply as I've done that already, and I've been waiting since Oct 24th

Registration immediately failed as the app claimed I had no network connection. Reattempted on and off the Wi-Fi with the same result. Phone call attempt was cut off, ending with a prerecorded message saying this number was not available on this network. (I'm with EE.) Why should this matter?

Gets the job done, but limited. No prompt for unit, confusing formatting, a little stubborn, limited vehicle choice options. Service is great, app takes some getting used to.
