Veyr nice but they don't show all the pants in the categories you have to search them up in the search bar, and they also scammed me with one pair of pajama pants, but I'm not complaining it's the same thing except the pattern isn't there it's just plain Grey. There sizing is also totally off because one pair of pant fits but the other pant with the same size doesn't. There are also a few glitches since 3 patterns on one pant is the same. I'm just talking about the cons. Very nice store overall.

I downloaded the app for the extra 10% promo listed on the website. Not only does that promo not actually apply in the app, I found it frustrating and difficult to use. No way to shop by category like on the website, at least not in an intuitive enough place that I could find it at all. I also couldn't view my existing wishlist or cart, I had to re-add everything from scratch, even after logging in with the same account. If you're going to offers these promos, at least make sure they work!

It's nice to have an app for Bluenoses, but as soon as I installed the app and made a purchase with it, all communication stopped. I didn't receive any emails, no order confirmation, or order shipped email. When I go to track my order, I'm asked to sign in again (when I'm already signed in), I'm asked for my account email and order number. The problem with this is that I never received a confirmation email with the order number, so I hit a wall when trying to see what's going on with my order.
