Keeps logging me out of my account, doesn't let me reset my password, and the temporary passwords they sent to your Gmail do NOT WORK.

I can't sign into my account at all. I'm a loyal customer, and I love Hollister usually, however, having to reset my password multiple times and jumping through hoops just to use the app is frustrating.

Honestly I've been let down by this app. I've placed multiple orders all totaling over £50 and the app has taken my money and not validated my order. Customer service is aware of this as when I have contacted they have noted that it is a frequent issue. When I get my money back half my items are out of stock! It's shocking that such a big company can get away with this. Be careful when ordering
