Honestly I've been let down by this app. I've placed multiple orders all totaling over £50 and the app has taken my money and not validated my order. Customer service is aware of this as when I have contacted they have noted that it is a frequent issue. When I get my money back half my items are out of stock! It's shocking that such a big company can get away with this. Be careful when ordering

Extremely frustrated with Hollister's overall service. They miss delivery windows, and their automated phone support makes it nearly impossible to speak with a real person to resolve issues. My package has been stuck in Kansas, it was supposed to be delivered on 7/7. I'm disappointed that they continue to use FedEx as a delivery service as the company continually misplaces packages, and they do not give delivery updates. 20% discount isn't going to keep my business.

Keeps logging me out of my account, doesn't let me reset my password, and the temporary passwords they sent to your Gmail do NOT WORK.
