★★★★★ I never buy name brand clothes. I decided to finally try Hollister pants (size 16/boot leg) and when I put them on, they felt so comfortable and fit just right. I always thought I was too chubby to wear Hollister, but I was wrong. I also bought a few shirts (size XL - plain white shirt that says Hollister on front). The fit was perfect. It wasn't tight or loose. They really know how to make clothes. I will continue to buy Hollister shirts and pants. I'm finally excited to buy clothes again.

★★☆☆☆ You really have a lot of work to do because this app is really in bad shape. You loose sales thus way. You may have lost a customer me.

★★☆☆☆ Every time I try to check out it says problem with checkout try again later. Very aggravating.

★★☆☆☆ The online app will not allow you to buy stuff, was fine but now can't do anything with it. So frustrating that I have to goto store, not that I have much chance to visit. Please update and I will give more positive feedback.
