Great store and the app too, full screen pictures and friendly UI. One thing I miss - the ability to filter by length. As my jeans' length is 36 and found only in a few models, I have to click into each one to see if that's available.

Added items in cart then about to check out then input pay method then bring me back to af home screen. I don't know if my cc has been charged or what, no conf my order was accepted. Now im trying to redo everything but I can't put items in my cart.

My first order from Abercrombie & Fitch was honestly a disaster. I ordered two sweatshirts and two men’s T-shirts. One sweatshirt arrived stained and faded, the T-shirts were the wrong items, and the second sweatshirt had the same issues. Even the replacements were defective, with one T-shirt having holes in the collar and the sweatshirt still stained and faded. Customer support was nice and helpful, but the quality control is absolutely terrible. Really disappointing experience.

You can't sort for clothes that come in tall (or petite for that matter). I don't have any desire to flip through all those clothes, get excited about something just to find out it doesn't come in my size. Really nice clothes but, with so much to be frustrated about, I refuse to spend the energy shopping for clothes that don't come in my size; I'll shop somewhere else.
