Excluded, the app is pretty good I just don't like that certain items are excluded from promotions but oh well really the only reason I downloaded this app was to get a 25% off, of three purchases items

I love the items, but I always have problems with the app notifications. They NEVER take me to the sale or the item from the notification, it's always an error screen or the home page with a text that says "we could not process your request". I updated the app and cleared the cache in settings, but nothing helps. Also, I am never allowed to order to my house only click and collect even though I live 3 minutes away from my friend who does have the option to choose???

I made a purchase that I need to return. Customer Sevice cannot be accessed through the app and for some reason, when I'm logged into the app, it states I haven't made an order in the last 6 months when this order is from 2 weeks ago. When I try to go to their website, it brings me directly to the app. I will have to try from a computer, but this is an inconvenient app.

Use to love this app, but I can't even make a purchase anymore. The app won't let me reset my password to log in, when I tried to make a new account, even different email I get an error message and can't buy anything.
