I would give 5* but what annoys me is that having the garage door out of internet range (underground), if I do not open the app while the phone is still on the Internet range, it will never connect to the device (even though it is BT connection). Tested many times. Strange to me.

Works perfectly. 2 admin keys as standard would be useful given that 2 remotes are usually supplied with garage doors and other equipment. Additional keys seem a little overpriced.

Nearly 5 stars but..... Great app, can't fault it except, like previous reviews, only one Bluetooth key is given, which is a shame when most families and couples are man and wife (or girlfriend), and in this day and age, both have mobile phones, not a shared phone between the couple. So unless you take and use the very easily breakable fob, then it's a problem. The 2 fobs that come with it, do break VERY easily, just drop your keys if attached, or opening the battery compartment and you'll see

Unable to scan QR code on device. Even if it worked, charging for virtual keys is nonsensical. Bluetooth pairing does/should not require an internet connection or backend server. How do you think your Bluetooth headphones (or anything) work? Given the cost of physical key fobs, I would consider just replacing the door opener. It will be cost-effective in a few years once you've lost a fob or two.

Simple features set with no real control over the device. Also uses Bluetooth instead of Wi-Fi which limits range and security.

App works well enough, but you can use it on only one device at a time. If you want to use it on more than one device, they scalp you for £7.99 for each additional key. It must cost them next to nothing to generate any number of additional keys. Not what you would expect after spending several thousand pounds on a garage door. I ended up buying a Meross Wi-Fi control unit on amazon for £30 which plugs into the Hermann control unit. It works very well and can be used remotely. The developer always responds to this type of review with a cut-and-paste reply about the money being used to fund the app's development and taxes. I figure it's a bit much to expect customers to pay separately and additionally for the manufacturer's app development program - this should be a running expense borne by the business.
