Description

Our Blue Security Mobile App, when installed on your smartphone, pinpoints your precise location - whether you are at the beach, out jogging, or hiking in a park - the moment you activate it in an emergency. Our state-of-the-art control centre receives the signal and makes contact with you to determine the type of emergency. We can then activate a range of emergency responses, from our own armed response officers in our operational areas, to ambulance services, the SAPS and roadside assistance services.

But our app is more than just a panic alert button. It also places control of your home or business security firmly in your hands through your mobile phone, as it will receive instant notifications of activity on your alarm system whether you may be at work, home or out playing.

Comments on BlueSecurity for Android

★★★★☆ Richard Hipkin · Jan 7, 2017

Have used in an emergency I have had the opportunity of having to use this app in an emergency. Although there can be an improvement on response from call center, they were able to assist and despatch required services. Setup of system can be frustrating if you do not follow the instructions to the letter.

★★★★★ The Singing Cyclist · Jun 14, 2019

I'd like to suggest adding a function to check if you have armed your alarm or not...

★★★★★ Clive Barendsen · Jul 31, 2021

Simple to use. Works well. Worth installing for all Blue Security customers.

★★★★★ George S · Apr 9, 2019

Install and contact Blue regarding the sites if you cannot figure it out. This app is brilliant and even advises the zone that has been activated within a few seconds. Well done Blue.

★★★★★ A major Page · Sep 19, 2019

I tested it twice from 2 different GPS coordinates and Blue Security tract me in an instant. Excellent app.

★☆☆☆☆ A Google user · Feb 19, 2019

Did not work when pushed in a situation just now when there were 2 intruders on property and possible attempted break in. house panic button did also not get picked up by blue security control room

★★☆☆☆ Carl Muller · Aug 10, 2023

When a zone is triggered it always indicate zone 1 and not the specific zone.

★☆☆☆☆ Tyrone Bissell · Oct 26, 2025

I have 3 user accounts and the app does not work at all. No sites to add as well as no panic button shown. I am really disappointed. It has been like that since I signed up - support is also non-existent as I have tried multiple times to get this corrected.

★★☆☆☆ Ajuree Kambaran · Jul 5, 2021

The App does not always allow me to cancel...most often the cancelation feature does not pop up thus have to wait for the call from blue to cancel the call-out. Disappointing

★☆☆☆☆ Mario George · Feb 14, 2018

Downloaded the App and there is No Panic button. Also, I cannot add a site.
