Our Blue Security Mobile App, when installed on your smartphone, pinpoints your precise location - whether you are at the beach, out jogging, or hiking in a park - the moment you activate it in an emergency. Our state-of-the-art control centre receives the signal and makes contact with you to determine the type of emergency. We can then activate a range of emergency responses, from our own armed response officers in our operational areas, to ambulance services, the SAPS and roadside assistance services.
But our app is more than just a panic alert button. It also places control of your home or business security firmly in your hands through your mobile phone, as it will receive instant notifications of activity on your alarm system whether you may be at work, home or out playing.

Have used in an emergency I have had the opportunity of having to use this app in an emergency. Although there can be an improvement on response from call center, they were able to assist and despatch required services. Setup of system can be frustrating if you do not follow the instructions to the letter.

The App does not always allow me to cancel...most often the cancelation feature does not pop up thus have to wait for the call from blue to cancel the call-out. Disappointing

Not working Went through the whole schlep, so I am disappointed that after getting the activation call from blue, it still does not work. 1. It cannot see that gps is in fact active. 2. Logged a technical incident via the app as advised by Linda, and one week later nobody has gotten back to be. Also CAUTION: be aware that your cell panic is deactivated once you install this app (the call agent Linda advised me so). So in fact I no longer have the cell panic. Instead, I have an app that does not work as a panic button.

I have 3 user accounts and the app does not work at all. No sites to add as well as no panic button shown. I am really disappointed. It has been like that since I signed up - support is also non-existent as I have tried multiple times to get this corrected.
