Have used in an emergency I have had the opportunity of having to use this app in an emergency. Although there can be an improvement on response from call center, they were able to assist and despatch required services. Setup of system can be frustrating if you do not follow the instructions to the letter.

I have 3 user accounts and the app does not work at all. No sites to add as well as no panic button shown. I am really disappointed. It has been like that since I signed up - support is also non-existent as I have tried multiple times to get this corrected.

The App does not always allow me to cancel...most often the cancelation feature does not pop up thus have to wait for the call from blue to cancel the call-out. Disappointing

Did not work when pushed in a situation just now when there were 2 intruders on property and possible attempted break in. house panic button did also not get picked up by blue security control room

When a zone is triggered it always indicate zone 1 and not the specific zone.
