The app is not great. Has the right intention but functionality not there. Couldn't add site, uploaded a pic which got flipped sideways. I'm stuck now... 24/7 pls help.

After trying multiple times, the only thing I could do in the app was added my picture etc. Even though our apartment complex asked us to get this app, it keeps telling me there are no sites, and so I cannot do anything more in the app.
