So far after 4 days doing good. But It will not connect to the alexa app

★★★★★ Karen Jenkins · Jun 30, 2026

Greatest thing since sliced bread. Both the app and the camera were easy to install and begin operational. I'm glad I learned how to turn the speakers off, otherwise I'd be hearing all kinds of noises through my hearing aids.

★★☆☆☆ Hazel Vera · Sep 8, 2026

These cameras and the app work great and it's all free service, unless you want cloud storage. UPDATE: After buying cloud storage and canceling ut through customer service, the app no longer is able to read my sd card videos and i don't have cloud so I can not view anything anymore, only live view!! This is very bad for safety!! Slower now. Stay away from buying cloud storage, it messing everything up after!! Worked perfectly before cloud storage!!
