My bottle won't connect to the app even though GPS shows my address; the battery icon doesn't show the % and the Bluetooth icon states "disconnected"! Also, it's not adding my ounces while I've been drinking. This is quite frustrating since I bought this particular bottle to accurately show me just how many ounces of H2O I get in a day. I'd either like a new bottle that actually works or a REFUND!

I was able to register on the website not the app after that I was able to sign in through the app. Connecting Bluetooth to the bottle saying an app is needed to use this device. After I was finally able to register the Bluetooth connected to my bottle. And when I do what it says to activate silent mode it takes me multiple attempts/taps for it to turn on. The app itself has issues glitches/bugs that needs to be fixed. Would like to give 5 stars after all issues is resolved.
