Hi there, I always struggled in the past before to drink enough water. Couple of years ago, I bumped into water drop online. I gave it a try. It was great. After some time I stopped. Thankfully I got back to it again, because I realized, I need to better hydrate myself. My old bottle got broke, I just ordered a new one with the drinks 😀. I am very pleased looking forward to stick with this new habit, also I use the hydration app, very useful. Thank you to the whole Water drop team 👍

For the 1 day it worked, it was cool. 2nd day it recorded 3 sips. 3rd day nothing. Tried everything. Messaged support several times. No answers. The manual link in the app leads to a "please wait" page that never loads anything. Not even sure if I'm doing it right since there are zero directions. Like what is the "add drink" button for. Is that for if you drink something without using the cap? Do you have to do that to signal Lucy you filled the bottle? Too expensive for this hassle.

Please add the ability to sync the water intake with Health Connect. The app would be an instant 5 star one if you could add this! Edit: The developer claims Health Connect is still in Alpha which is simply not true (quick Google search will tell you that) - also many other leading fitness apps like Oura, Fitbit, Life Sum etc. have already released their updates with support for Health Connect.

I ordered and got 3 free cubes. This is an awful promo. £3.99 for 3 cubes an is awful, try 5%off at £45. Get rid of the pack of 3 - surely that is wasteful and a bad deal. I would be much more likely to recommend if you did a multipack for £9.99 for a pack of 12 with 3 cubes from 4 flavors. This would make you look like you want your customers to try your good flavors to find the ones they like, rather than charge full whack to get a customer to try your product. I hope it is nice.
