Lots of problems with this app and water drop listed below 1. I never started a subscription, yet I am on one. 2. It's for my least favorite flavor. 3. I can't stop it or change it to something I do like because there is no subscription listed on my account. 4. When I try opening customer support I get the message that "no app can open this" or words to that effect. I would love to give you 5 stars, and will do when you sort these issues out.

Impossible to log in. I'm definitely using a correct username and password as it works fine for me when logging in online, and all the times I've got a message Unauthorized user. Very frustrating as it's much easier to use an app. Uninstalled
