Love these cups. I have two different styles Toddy and Era. I just ordered Muv, and I am sure I will live it too. They keep drinks cold or hot. The best part is they are spill proof. Buy these not the current cold cup obsession. Bromate is 100 x better

I have several of different drinkware from bromate, and they are definitely top of the line! They beat out the competition by miles!! Only issue is every time I try to buy a new lid for any of my trio's, they are sold out. I also would like to see them sell a dark lid for trio separately as well. They hold the cold better as sun exposure isn't as bad to penetrate through the darker lids as the clear.

Had the app prior, search bar didn't function, notifications wouldn't open, so I uninstalled and re-downloaded. Now App immediately closes when I open it.

This review is for the app only. I absolutely LOVE the products but recently the app hasn't opened properly. It just keeps showing the loading black screen with the Bru logo. No matter how long I let it sit and load it doesn't work. Connected to Wi-Fi, still doesn't load. Not connected to Wi-Fi, still doesn't load. I even uninstalled and re-installed, and it's still the same issue.

Ordered a custom cup on sep 20, and it still hasn't shipped. 10 business days is what they say it will take to make it, but it's been twice that with no update except our warehouse will send it soon. I believe I was scammed out of over 100 dollars.

I'm very disappointed with this company, after spending hundreds of dollars with them over the years, I'm done. I was almost to the silver tier, when my points magically disappeared, then when I reached out about it, they emailed me..... to ask what my email was.?? Quality has gone way downhill anyway, so it makes it an easy decision to spend my money elsewhere, seems like the craftsmanship is failing due to plain lack of care.
