I received furniture today on 13th May from the Danube. The product quality is good, but I was completely disappointed with the installation service. The staff did not place the furniture properly during installation, and now it is very difficult to move or rearrange it. I hope the team can improve their installation service and pay more attention to customer convenience Would like to make a call with your team.

Worst customer service and delivery ever, scheduled a delivery for my mattress from 09.00 to 17.00 they contacted me at 19.00 and delivered at 20.00. Delivery contact number not reachable, need to wait for them to contact you, and finally received my mattress with some dirt and moldy due to damp, and the order on the app keep showing out for delivery for weeks, so I was unable to do a return.
