Looking for pendant lights for my new kitchen remodel. So glad Bed Bath and Beyond came up in my search. I hadn't looked at Bed Bath and Beyond since the brick and mortar stores closed. I found a much better selection here than any other sites I had checked, and prices were reasonable. Very happy with my purchase today. Can hardly wait till they are delivered next week and my contractor can install them.

Overall OK but unable to attach pictures to my reviews... I press the "Attach Photos" button, it brings up my photos, I select 1 and click the "Select" button and then nothing happens. Nothing uploads. Then when I try to press the "Attach Photos" button again it doesn't work at all to even bring up my photos.

Don't buy the protection plan for patio furniture if you don't plan on building them right away! I ordered to sets of items, and they only sent me one set. But I didn't notice it until I started building them. They did not honor the protection plan or reimburse me or replace it. So I lost $500.00 from the order, I will not buy anything else from them. I have also seen that you can order some of the items on Amazon and get them way cheaper. Plus Amazon will have better protection for you. Stay away !

Ridiculous It tells you if you install the app you'll get 25% off your next purchase then it tells you if you sign up for emails you get 20% off a purchase and then when you put something in your cart it's on sale, so it says does not qualify for coupon It shouldn't matter if it's on sale or not you should still get the 25% off That's why I went and ordered the exact same dresser from Wayfair cuz they let you use the coupon for signing up your email with them whether it's on sale or not

Does not provide shipment tracking. When reaching out to customer service, no order information is connected, and you can't copy order info from the app either. For a company that took over a purely online service, Overstock, they have no idea what they're doing as an online shop. Oh, and the delivery dropped my apartment number on my address, so I have no idea where my package is delivered to.
