The app was great until mid-July. Now it won't update or install fresh on the 2 versions of the OS I have available update: within hours of writing, I was able to successfully install the app on both phones.

The app stop working. It will not update so uninstall to try and reinstall, and now it will not install at all.

Just about useless. I can't even find my account number on the app much less get anything updated. I went on there trying to change the water delivery frequency and nothing is doable on there. I called the 800 number, and they don't even have my account listed.
