I haven't had issues but the only thing I have been having is randomly when
I'm not using it at all a message will pop up and say srp app has crashed, and it happens quite often other than that it works fine.

Still the problem of showing hours ahead or behind. I did a "sync" top left corner of app, it's shows 12:01am (today) but it's really 5:01pm (today). This started happening a year ago. Other than that it's decent.

Rarely lets me log in, I need to be able to get my irrigation schedule yet my login only works 1/4 of the time. Very frustrating

I cannot open the app. I've installed and uninstalled 3 times. Others have same problem. Still no comment from SRP.

Sinister monopoly. So, the "Income Qualified Discount". It'll cost you more to go through their absurd hoops to get proof than just paying the $10. I submitted proof of all income in this home, then they changed the requirements and told me I had to give them more. Now, I must visit: IRS, SSA, Medicaid, Retirement accounts, etc... all a min of 8-10 hours each, for a $10 month discount. So, 30+ hours of work, countless miles driving, for $120. That's $2 an hour or so... it's a bogus program.
