Been with APS the last 25 yrs. New to SRP, and I'm paying way LESS even running the a/c 24/7 cuz it's summer here. My Only issue is the power cords for each apt building are on the ground. Covers don't stay closed cuz of kids playing w/ them. So wires aren't protected and power goes out seems like every few months in 1 building or another. Then the SRP repair folks come and see the open wires in the rocks and weeds. Sucks

Most recent update broke the app. I cannt login anymore with biometrics. When I enter my password it doesn't do anything.
The app worked until it didn't. I don't have an m-power box but am on m-power, and I rely heavily on the app and when it doesn't work properly it makes it hard to purchase power if I don't know that I am low. Srp get it together this is not acceptable.

App will not allow me to log in since the update. It asks me to use biometrics or password. I've tried both, and it will just sit at the log in screen. Please fix. I'm getting low power warnings but can't see that.
