SRP’s mobile app for residential customers is a friendlier and faster way to pay your bill and manage your account. Whether you’re at home, out of town or simply on the go, access to your SRP account is as simple as reaching into your pocket.
Key Features: Daily Cost and Usage: Get a snapshot of your energy costs and usage by the hour, day or month. If you’re enrolled in one of our time-of-day plans, you can see how much energy you have used during on-peak and off-peak hours to optimize your savings. You can even see your projected bill amount on the home screen.
Payments: View your balance and make payments quickly and securely from anywhere. Save payment information and even schedule future payments. If you’d like to make an in-person cash payment, you can access your digital cash payment card through the app.
Report and View Outages: When your power goes out, quickly report it and get estimated restoration times. You can also see areas out of power using the interactive outage map along with the cause and number of customers affected.
Stay Informed: Receive push notifications to get updates on your bill, payments or power outages.
Use your SRP My Account login to access the app. Not signed up for My Account? No problem! Simply register your SRP account using the app.

It's December 30 and I call because I am not able to see my daily usage since December 23,I am told that the last update on their end caused the same issue with many customers, and it will be fixed in 1 TO 2 WEEKS, that's a safe and vague answer for us customers ?!

Useless, if you are on solar power. Since my solar production can't accurately be estimated, at least show actual usage. The usage screen says to call SRP. At least the web version works correctly. Why can't I see a bill breakdown too? There still seems to be work needed to make this app useful for a solar user.

After this last update, won't acknowledge log in info. I tried forgot password and also not acknowledging email, as I'm not receiving an email.
