Nice when it works. But loading times are sometimes a pain. Sometimes, it's quicker to turn valves on manually. I've checked my phone Wi-Fi, and it's all good. It even loads slow on my main work laptop on worksite. It's a nice system, but it does have its flaws

If I could give it a -10 I would just because to many people use it, and it's ALWAYS trying to connect to the server. We as users, company owners, technicians DO NOT have time for this kind of nonsense. When it connects it works fine, BUT when it connects.

When it works, it is an amazing app. The user interface is the best. Super easy to navigate, and you can do so much straight from the app. The bad part is that more often than not you can't even run a station. It constantly glitches and has communication delays. And it's not due to cell reception because it does it even when u have great reception. More often than not when I try running a station I get the please wait message, and it sits there forever as if it's loading.
