I haven't used the timer yet, but after programming it on the bench prior to mounting, it seems very simple to program and operate! I am extremely anxious to get it mounted, wired and start using it! I especially like the fact that the timer programs can be set and adjusted either in app from your smart device, or by accessing and adjusting the programs directly at the timer!

Awful connectivity issues with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Wi-Fi will decide which day it wants to work which is 1 in 7 days if I'm lucky. Bluetooth takes turning off and on and multiple closures of the app, as well as having to sit right next to the "booster." Watering programmed in app is hit or miss. Hard to rely on this app.

The app's often buggy, and the water timer often doesn't respond. The network's frequently down.

It just says it can't send the command, no matter what. The device is within 10 feet of the Wi-Fi connector, the connector is within 10 feet of the Wi-Fi. It says it's connected to the device and the hub. Trying to get help, says it can't connect to the support. My internet connection is fine. I want my money back.
