Too bad the Hub disconnects from Wi-Fi after the first week of working well! Now I'm a 10 hr round trip drive away from the home I was watering, so I can't be there to push the button 5 times to get it reconnected!! This is a serious problem for remote users, but if you live at the location you're watering, then the Bluetooth works fine. I don't recommend for remote use by Wi-Fi and internet, because the Hub will disconnect sooner or later!

The app is garbage. The Bluetooth is so weak I have to sit on top of the unit to connect.

Complete junk. Buy if you want failing parts. Have had several valves and hubs stop working. Even when working hubs often won't connect. App can't handle multiple valves, you have to set each multi valve like a separate house. I can't reiterate how horrendous this product is after having spent several hundred dollars. Don't fall into this money pit.

The app fails to sync properly resulting in random irrigation. Crucial features like terminating "automated" (random) irrigation and supporting parallel running are missing. The "smart" irrigation is as smart as my @$$. Irrigating 6 times a month in July when the peak temperature is above 40 C° is mad (yes, I properly configured the zones). And the saddest part is that the Behave XR8 (a rather expensive controller) can be configured via this app only. Surely the vendor support is close to zero.
