A Hunter HPC controller and Hydrazine has been an excellent upgrade to our home irrigation system. It is very intuitive and easy to program offering maximum flexibility.

Soooo buggy. Suspended zone suddenly turned on resulting in a blown valve for the drip system. Program times do not reflect actual irrigation times (with all "smart" features turned off nonetheless). So many updates that have only made app worse

Hydra wise broke their Facebook login, locking me out of my system. Their password reset tool fails for Facebook-linked accounts. Forced to factory reset, the app now demands custom zone names that were wiped during the reset to re-register it. Worse, they completely hid or removed customer support options, making it impossible to reach a human. Thanks to terrible software and zero service, my perfectly good controller is now a useless wall brick. Avoid this ecosystem.

Loved the old app. New version buggy. My controller is constantly going offline, and then the system doesn't run. Yard health has been affected. Reports screen doesn't work. I could see reports in the old version of the app, but now it says, "Reports are not supported for your controller model." I set up alerts for when irrigation is skipped, but they don't come through, maybe because the controller is regularly offline. When offline, easiest to use the wizard to reconnect- Bluetooth menu buggy

So everything was going fine, until I couldn't log in. I signed up using Facebook, now for two days I cant get into app with the Facebook sign in button, takes me a to a page that says app isn't working amd developer is aware of the issue. But thays 2 days of 80 degree heat I cant use the app to manually start a zone I need started. Can't even check if It's still going to water on schedule because I can't even log on...never should have used fb to sign up but I don't want to set everything up again.
