Terrible system. Not reliable. Didn't hear back from technical support for about a week until I called them back. Unable to delete a failed irrigation from the app, need to use a computer for that. On the verge of Switching to an entirely different irrigation control system.

It was mediocre and now it's broken. Menus are hard to scroll through, irrigation are a pain to schedule, but it did the job. There's been an update, and now it get stuck on the opening screen. Back to using the web browser on my phone, which is also not great but at least it works.

There is no reason not to have the capability to create and edit templates in the app. Not everyone carries a computer out to the field. Also, the drop control website is not mobile friendly forcing you to be at a computer. Not a fan of this software. Why are there templates anyway? Why not just have programs that don't expire!? Overengineered software making it hard to use.
