Been using Blue Vine for over a year now and at first I didn't recommend it, but they have fixed a lot of issues and I have never had any financial issues with them. Deposits, withdraws, large purchases everything works.

Good for business banking not an actual bank, but it's just like a bank, but it's like a network of financial institutions I believe their main bank may be Coastal Community bank which is how they are FDIC-insured. If you own a business you should try it out you get a blue vine debit card, and they give you your first set of checks absolutely free!!! My local bank don't even do that.

I made 1st mobile deposit waited 7 days for funds to be available once available went to ATM made some withdrawals my account put on hold for security reasons. Contacted blue vine they asked for documents/tasks which I provided, they asked more documents/tasks which was provided. Company who issued check had verified check was cleared and cashed. I contacted Blue vine for update and account closed. I asked when my money will be mailed out they said it won't and cannot give me any more information

Blue vine is by far the worst bank I've ever tried to do business with!! They don't provide customer service. They farmed that out to a worthless company in India that doesn't have access to do anything. All they can do is send a request to Blue vine and tell you that it will be handled in 1 to 3 business days. It's a lie. I've been trying to change the phone number on my account... a very simple request. So it's been 2 weeks, multiple phone calls, multiple emails, and still no. Avoid!!
