Cut-offs that fit you
Switch to the lower WHO action points used for Asian populations if they apply to you — overweight from 23 rather than 25. Everything follows: the category, the gauge, BMI Prime, your healthy range and the goal guardrails. Your choice in settings; the app never guesses.

Made for the whole family
For children and teens, adult BMI categories are simply wrong. Set a birthday and the app switches to BMI-for-age percentiles and z-scores from the official CDC growth reference (2–20 years), bundled with the app so nothing is fetched.

German users get the Kromeyer-Hauschild reference and the AGA thresholds instead — the one German paediatricians actually work with, covering birth to 18. Switch either way in settings.

See the trend, not the noise
Daily weight swings by a kilo or more from water alone. This weight tracker draws a smoothed trend line through your weigh-ins and bases your weekly rate and goal forecast on that trend rather than on two lucky readings.

Goals that are honest with you
Set a target weight and an optional date. The app splits it into milestones, tells you whether you are on track, and projects your arrival from your actual current pace. If the date you picked would demand an unhealthily fast loss, or the target would put you below a healthy BMI, it says so instead of cheering you on.

Weigh in without typing
Pair a Bluetooth smart scale and the reading appears on its own — the app speaks the common broadcast and Bluetooth SIG weight protocols, over local radio with nothing sent anywhere. Or connect Health Connect and read your weigh-ins in from Garmin, Withings, Samsung Health and the rest, and publish yours back out. Health Connect is an on-device store, not a cloud service. Both are off until you switch them on.

Track what you measure
Log your weight in seconds, with waist, neck and hip alongside it. Premium adds 90-day, yearly and all-time history, statistics, the goal-date forecast, saved scale readings, CSV export and import, a homescreen widget and AMOLED dark mode.

Yours, privately
Optional app lock using your fingerprint or screen lock, which also keeps the app out of the task switcher. Export your full history to CSV whenever you like — weights, notes, body fat and where each reading came from — and import it back. Your data is not held hostage.

Ideal weight, honestly
Devine, Robinson, Miller, Hamwi and the Broca index side by side. They disagree by several kilos, and you get to see that, with the healthy BMI range next to them.
