Very simple user interface, which is exactly what I wanted. You can customize any measurement you want. Gives you the option to measure body fat % by either standard calculation or using calipers. Allows you to set reminders. Uses your measurements to track not only weight change, but also lean mass vs. body fat, which gives a more accurate picture of how you're meeting your goals. I would say it's a great app whether you're trying to lose fat or gain muscle.

I was enjoying the app, but now it has begun to double up measurements. Instead of having a separate right and left for my biceps, forearms and thighs, the app it reads as having 2 right measurements for the above listed entries. If this isn't fixed I'll have to delete the app and just use my notes to keep track.

You guys vibe coded the new UI didn't you. When I click on the weight donut chart it opens the measurements tab except it doesn't open on the weight tab in the measurements tab, so I have to scroll to the end. Also charts like body fat percentage now have the y-axis start at 0 making it practically useless. Fix these 2 issues please.

I've been using this app for years but recent updates has made it completely unusable for someone using imperial units. Yes, you can set your preferred unit of measurement in the settings... but it doesn't work. Literally two seconds of Qing the change would have shown that. So my YEARS of measurements have been inflated to hell for no reason, making the data unusable and there's too much to fix.

The goals section within each individual measurements section doesn't work properly. I can delete a goal from the "goal section" tab, but it doesn't remove it from the measurements section.
