I love this app. It does exactly what it describes. Why the one star? On my phone, at least, it crashes constantly. I'm forever having to restart it mid-workout, and then the app adds ten more exercises atop the workout I had already generated. This morning, the app completely froze mid-workout, and I couldn't continue. Update: The developer contacted me for more feedback, and within a week, he pushed an update that fixed all the problems. There are a few little UI tweaks I wouldn't mind, but really this app is perfect for mixing up your workouts.

This is exactly the tool I needed to help me design home workouts. I love that I can specify what equipment I have, and then select body parts, move exercises around within the workout etc. Two minor things: 1) I like preparing workouts the day before, so it would be great to be able to do so and then press "start" to actually begin... Right now it looks like my workouts are 14h long! 2) would be nice to be able to select the weight unit in kg

No way to pick multiple muscle groups for a workout. Either full body, upper or lower body, or one muscle group. For example, what if you just want to biceps and back? Interface for the workout list of exercises could also be better.

App doesn't provide sufficient machine options I have a number of pieces of equipment not listed in the app a bit of an expansion would be great. I.e. I have boxing gloves and leg curl machine without the pull down bar. Otherwise, the app behaves as advertised.

Meaningless garbage app. No callout, no sequence just generates post-it notes of poorly timed workouts. Deleting now
