I have been a loyalty member since 2014. I have 80,000+ points that have not redeemed. The shop supervisor told me that I need to use this App in order to redeem the points. Guess what? When I register myself as followed the information I have registered on the physical card, the App doesn't synchronize with their system? Or the App just cannot make it? I became a new member without any point in the App.

Last time I check I can use my points to convert into RM70 but after this update, now they just state there I only have RM30+ to redeem. On top of that, last time we can get 10% of our buddy points. Now they take it off and if you wish to get points from your buddy you MUST spend RM300. If not, no points for you buddy. Definitely will quit this membership for sure and opt to buy from other organic shop.
