This app is essential for Thailand and allows anyone including foreigners to get loyalty points that give you free money from a range of businesses: Especially including Tops. Tops is similar to 7-11, but they don't sell counterfeit clothes or tape measures and understand how to convert non-counterfeit centimeters into non-counterfeit inches. Also, they don't steal, from customers, which was nice and highly unusual for foreigners in Thailand. It's not compatible with 7-11, obviously.

I cannot use the App after redeeming at Central Store. Cannot launch app, I hit the "Security Alert"... Security Alert! The detected this device has been jailbroken and cannot be trusted to run this app securely. Whereas, am I using an Android phone, and it gives me "jailbreak" alert, the term used for iPhone. Further, I know, my device is NOT "rooted"... so I need support from the tech team to fix this False alert?

App is spying on me and checks and collects unnecessary data. App also does not start if I have developer options enabled in Android. It's unacceptable. I turn the options on for a reason. Even banking apps are OK with that! And now I cannot use this app anymore because it doesn't like developer options in my phone.

Used to be good, but after an update it says device jailbroken so can't run I didn't change anything on the phone

My phone is incorrectly detected as jailbroken. My device is not jailbroken. Please investigate and fix this issue. Jail breaking is extremely uncommon in 2025. Developer options are not enabled on my device. I can use all financial, banking, and e-wallet applications normally, but this app does not work. This raises concerns about the accuracy of your security detection.
