Great app experience from order to pick up, but there was an occasion where the order was ready half an hour ago, but we were not notified. Not sure if the store was too busy at that time or was an app bug. The app makes you it is mandatory to put your card details when installing, though I don't see the point in making it mandatory if we can choose Google Pay as a checkout option?

Love boba itself, best bubble tea! Their rewards/order app however is so bad! I got a new phone, and now I can't sign into my account, it just spins a loading page!

Boba is a great place to go for any bubble tea lovers. However, I haven't been able to see the points I've accumulated for the past couple of orders. I did provide feedback before in person and am I hoping that this can be fixed soon.

Can't add orders to cart or uninstaller app and reinstalled only for it to not go past setting store location
