Franchise in Sydney Chinatown doesn't accept App orders after 9:30. So you cannot earn points. App developers need to stop this ability of franchisees to work outside the franchise framework.

I've made almost 5 orders at the wrong store because this app doesn't confirm your order before it's sent. Customer service cannot even refund your order even if it's just sent, as the individual stores don't have contact numbers.

Updated the app and the points disappeared after login. Can't see my membership number.

Can't log into the app at all. Using my phone number it sends the verification code but times out and then sends you back to enter your phone number again.
