Sometimes what stops someone from working out is the lack of ability to form a plan let alone the knowledge of what workouts do what or even how to do them at all. This app cut all that out the equation all that's needed is the will to make the changes and set some personal goals. This app has everything coverd form suggested workouts to videos of form to avoid injury and promote growth. For me this app is a game changer. Not to mention the app works with my watch and incorporates data.

Reall good app for exercising only. Guides you like a real doctor with reasoning. But the food calculating section is only accessible via premium subscription. I will try the premium too.

Very helpful app that adapts and personalizes your weight training according to your ability and past workout history. Only improvement that it needs is video needs more clarity and should be bigger to view exercise movement clearly

When it sends me something to answer or track, and it just opens back up to the workout I've already finished, and I can't find the original prompt it's a little frustrating.

Wish this app didn't wait a LOT of time trying to get to where it shows how much it actually costs. Was going to join this. Looked like it might be good but then finally it got to the fees page. Im not paying $59.99 or $29.99 a month when I've not even been able to see the app and how it works and if It's something that I can/will actually use. that's pretty high. More reasonable fees would help get a lot more people. As would a free day or very inexpensive day type short preview would also be of hel

I do Kettle bell workouts and this app has only a fraction of the workouts that I do with Kettle bells.... If you use kettle bells also I would just stay away from this app. Basically USELESS-UNINSTALLING. Glad I didn't pay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
