With the Body Corporate App, you will be assigned a Body Corporate coach who will guide you through your health and wellbeing journey, including fitness, nutrition, and/or your mental health.

Whether it be a Personal Trainer, Nutritionist or Psychotherapist, they will create personalised weekly or monthly tasks based on your current goals, including exercise programmes, habit stacking and meal planning.

You can also speak directly to your coach in real-time (24/7) for instant advice on meal choices, exercises or even if you are feeling stressed or anxious and in need of emotional support.
