Well, while it was close to great while it lasted, the shift to all digital had me sell off my PlayStation hardware to start collecting physical games for classic systems. Just cancelled my ps plus subscription too. I left Xbox for PlayStation, but making us buy games at full price, and we are only actually renting them, I'm good and will actually INVEST my money elsewhere other than just throwing it away for temporary entertainment

The refund policy is way too strict — no refunds once you've started a digital download, even if you've only played a couple of minutes and decide the game isn't for you. Steam gives you a 2-hour window, which is way more reasonable. Also don't think PlayStation Plus is worth the cost anymore. On PC, you can get a huge library of free-to-play games and don't need a subscription just to play online. Sony should really reconsider both of these if they want to stay competitive.

Not sure what's wrong with the app but I couldn't buy games in the store or join parties and after uninstalling and reinstalling now I can't even sign in so till you fix the app im not even goning to keep it on my phone
