Excellent app overall and I think the best console app out there. It is awesome to be able to manage your games, purchases, downloads, even hard drive space remotely. It's all there and great. I miss the all stars credit rewards program. Suggestions 1) Browsing long lists optimization with the images, include titles, and scroll position memory from product page. 2) The mobile app needs suggestions/similar on product page and a quick dlc/addon check. 3) Why do my speakers pop when I add to cart?

This app is great and honestly what a console app shoud be like, but every now and then, the app just loads and loads and loads and never fully opens, it just shows the PlayStation logo, a blue background, and a spinning buffer symbol. The only way around this that I found is to just delete and reinstall the app.

I'm trying to sign in repeatedly, and it either tells me to check my email and password if they're correct or "you must change the password for security reasons" I do try the change the password, write my email, and they tell me connection timed out try again later, so what then?

Sony/Playstation are a bunch of greedy anti customer mfs. Say NO to the removal of physical games from the market. We, the consumers want physical discs.
