Great app, but I wish you could also set school time hours. That way there is a period of the day my child can't access his Playstation.

Much more convenient than the PS app and going to family management. It does have an issue where if you haven't used the app in a while and there are multiple people in your PS family, then when you open the app you won't be able to switch people. Just close the app and reopen it and this problem goes away.

Managing my family account and my kids' playtime was easier in the PlayStation app. Now, when my kids message me in the PlayStation app to tell me they're done with their chores or homework, I have to open a separate app to add to their playtime. I also do not like the way you add playtime now. There's just a button to add or subtract 15 minutes at a time, and it only shows how much playtime they have left. Show me total playtime for the day and let me select more than just +15 minutes.

Should allow you to move an adult account to child account. Kids don't want to have to restart all their progress by starting a new child's account.

I'm constantly surprised at the poor quality that Sony allows for this app. What in the world is this sign-in process? Their passkey implementation doesn't align with any major vendor including Microsoft or Google, the two biggest authenticators in the world. The unfriendliness of this log in process is jaw dropping - how do you out of whole cloth invent a process so bad, when there are other existing patterns to follow? . Please find a new product management team for this app.
