Phenomenal tool for tracking how intentional I'm trying to be with weight loss (and what my less intentional days look like) and establishing a regular rhythm for fasting. The meal tracking tool is super helpful--it can calculate your caloric intake accurately with just typing in some prompts of what you've eaten; no need to type in every detail and then type in the calories. Using these types of calorie- or activity-tracking apps can be a chore--this app isn't!

Such a fantastic app. It's free to use, and has many great qualities about it. You can track your water intake, and you can take pictures of your food. It analyzes everything for you. You can also edit it, if Body Fast gets it wrong somehow. It also has trophies and challenges for you. I feel motivated to complete these challenges and to earn these badges.

This app is much harder to navigate than it needs to be, not enough info on specific plans and also much harder than it needs to be to make a custom plan. I could not in good faith recommend this app nor pay the fee for it. It's easier just to fast with your own knowledge. Fast until 4pm each day, window for eating until 8pm. Skip breakfast and lunch daily.... This app makes the simple ridiculously difficult. Its BIG NO

Very nice app but just debiting bank account. Very unclear billing cycles and very difficult to cancel subscription.

I don't appreciate that we can't make a custom plan with a free account. Some days I do omad, some days I do two meals, I just want to be able to press start and finish on my own terms. Ridiculous. Edit to respond to the developer: no, I can't just start and stop the timer whenever I like, because it requires me to choose a plan and requires me to set individual times per day that I want that plan to be active. I wasn't able to get to the timer without going through this process.
