It's easy to use and has helpful information. I use the notification to make sure to drink enough water. I also like the tracker for my fasting periods.

I hate the new "time period change" update so much, I'm uninstalling it. Before it was just a boom boom boom and all the times were changed, and you were done. That was one of the main things that set this app apart from other fasting apps. Now it's, click on this, then click on that and wait, then click this again, then click again and again and again for each day. This used to be my FAVORITE fasting app. SO FRUSTRATED AND DISAPPOINTED!

I'm not sure why this has such good reviews. I really don't like it, I regret my subscription... There are very little customizable options for a paid plan. Disappointing. I also dislike the interface (can't even put on dark mode??).

You can't skip break. Fast. You lost me with all the bells and whistles and that part. You can DELAY break-fast, but how does one skip the meal that breaks the fast?

There are better apps out there I'd skip this one-- like you can't even track OMAD without the "coach" plan... it's just money trap
