This app is great for managing food intake and weight maintenance; however, if this app wants to compete with other fitness apps like Centre by Hemsworth, EQX Equinox, or 6 pack Athlean X, there has to be a video that shows proper exercise form and duration. I enjoyed Centr because it is an app about fitness and lifestyle. If Amway can combine BodyKey & XS to work together in combination, reasons to lose weight and maintain fitness. Perfect.

This app has kept me going on my weight loss. I have lost 57 pounds in a year and a half! Thank you Body Key!

Went through the 6 month program and lost 15 lbs using the app and Bodykey meal replacements. I didn't need to drastically change my life style or starve myself, just replaced a meal a day. Because of the app and logging my meals and snacks I became more aware of what I was really eating and was able to develop healthier eating habits! On my second time through the program and the App is even better than before! Highly recommended!

have downloaded and deleted multiple times. can never get fully signed in. always end up with error message and try again later. i can't get pass entering a nickname. it makes it hard to use nad premote the products and bodykey syatem if i cant access it.

The weight tracking scale used work. After the update it did not. It starts over at 50 making me swipe over a few pounds at a time. Where was the quality control? It's been a week since the update came out no change. I'll change my review when they fix it
★★☆☆☆
It's a good app to pair with the bodykey products. Unfortunately that line of product is generally geared towards weight loss. I am a skinny guy trying to add the bodykey lineup in addition to my current food intake. This app only keeps a goal of weight loss in mind. I would give it a 5 star if i could use it properly.
