Initially, I had a very poor experience with iCash. One because my 3 top-ups (₹1200, ₹1000, ₹1000) were stuck for many days. I had to share UTR numbers, bank statements, and payment proofs multiple times. Support was slow, but after continuous follow-up through email and WhatsApp, the team finally investigated properly and credited all pending payments. Issue resolved now, but support and payment processing speed should improve.

Worst application ever .every processor is lyer in icash.one...every time in deposit and withdrawal get try to get all money . I withdrawal they say that from our side withdrawal is done and when u deposit they tell u that we didn't received your payment ...after giving them bank statement still not giving money ... be careful from that kind of fraud

There is no option to with draw our money, astro app is 100 times better now icash one is worse and poor service, sends many mails to refund amount. But they are not providing solution.
