I've been in the reduction (1st phase) of this program, and I'm utterly pleased. I feel supported by all the staff, and its nice knowing they are either a text/phone call away. I've lost 11.1 lbs since 6/14 (10 days). All you have to do is stick to the plan.

A great way to track calories and keep you focused on digestive health and weight lost.

Love this program ❤ Super easy to use, and the recipes are wonderful.

This app is sub par. 1. The education provided is a guy talking like he is talking to a friend. Does not impress me as professional and also there is nothing to look at except a static pic. 2. The protein powder they endorse is not a selection when counting calories. 3. The protein mixture with its tincture drops is horrible and leaves me hungry. 4. You are supposed to wear an ugly patch on your wrist for several hours, then save it to use again the next day. Gross. 5. No progress report

The food tracking is inaccurate. Even if you scan a bar code with the bar code scanner - the nutritional information is significantly different from the label. Some of the photographs of the packaged food are low quality and unprofessional. Also typing in the food you ate - their calorie content and macro calculations are entirely inaccurate. If you really want to track your food, even the free version of My Fitness Pal is better.

App is resetting connection and doesn't always save the information that I have input. Sometimes 2 or 3 day will be gone when good charts. The adding of actives should be able to add from list of resent activities instead of having to go through the whole list of activities every day....same goes for the food list just because I had a peach for example for snack doesn't mean I might not want for lunch or dinner.
★★☆☆☆Brian Alpert· Apr 16, 2026
The new version is disappointing. The barcode scanner isn't detecting many foods that were detected in prior versions. Food weights are now limited to one decimal place instead of two. There's no way to stay logged in, which is a major inconvenience.
