Been following Mark Lauren going back to his DVD/Book days. His app is exceptional. There is such a great variety of body weight only workouts and there is something for every level of fitness, beginner, intermediate or advanced. This app is my gym membership so the monthly or yearly fee whichever you choose is well worth it. He continues to add content and will respond to your comments/feedback in the workouts regularly. Layout could use an update due to all the content.

Con artist. I loved the original YAY OG app. And there were all kinds of promises of new features and updates. None of which materialized. And then it was revealed why. YAY OG was being abandoned in favor of a far more expensive subscription model. No "sorry for dumping you long time users". No "here's a discount to say thanks for supporting us". Nothing.

I can't find how to manage the levels of exercise and customer support seems limited to canned questions and canned responses. Very disappointing.

Lessons are great 5/5. But the app itself is a rather clumsy and rudimentary playlist. It would be more useful if whole programs could be added to calendars in one go, if it would alert for next exercise, show which videos have been completed, show progress, etc. From an organizational and user experience POV the app needs major updates to meet common efficiency standards other apps have had for years. Currently, the workouts do, but the app does not justify the hefty price tag.
